Hello!

My name is Yinan Wang, a multidisciplinary professional with a background in visual communication design, project management, and real estate operations.

I was born and raised in Tianjin, China, a city known for its strong sense of family and community. From an early age, I received over ten years of formal fine arts training, which shaped my disciplined approach to color, proportion, structure, and visual judgment.

At the age of 24, I moved to the United States and earned a Master’s degree in Visual Communication Design from Texas A&M University–Commerce. Over the past twenty years, I have worked across multiple states in a variety of organizations, specializing in graphic design, branding systems, and web design. My work has received multiple professional awards and industry recognition.

In parallel with my professional practice, I combined applied design experience with research and published the book Design Principles of Chinese and English Logotype Matching through Beijing Posts & Telecom Press, one of China’s leading publishers. This work established a systematic framework for aligning Chinese and Western typographic systems.

As my career evolved, my focus expanded beyond design execution into project management, cost control, and business operations. In 2020, I began self-directed study in residential renovation, formed my own remodeling team, and served as project manager for two years, overseeing projects from planning through completion.

In 2022, amid rising interest rates and increased renovation risk, I obtained my real estate license to better manage investment decisions, cost structures, and transactions. In 2025, I joined The Group, Inc. Real Estate, beginning my full-time career as a professional REALTOR®.

Today, I bring analytical thinking, visual sensitivity, and hands-on operational experience to real estate practice. I remain committed to continuous professional learning and daily market analysis to provide clients with accurate, timely, and well-informed guidance. Integrity, diligence, and long-term trust are central to my work with clients and collaborators.

我叫王轶楠（Yinan Wang），是一名跨领域专业人士，拥有视觉传达设计、项目管理及房地产运营背景。

​

我出生并成长于中国天津，一座以家庭观念和社区意识著称的城市。自幼接受超过十年的系统性美术训练，这段经历奠定了我在色彩、比例、结构与视觉判断方面严谨而自律的专业基础。

​

24 岁时，我移居美国，并获得德克萨斯农工大学–Commerce分校（Texas A&M University–Commerce）视觉传达设计硕士学位。过去二十年间，我在美国多个州、不同类型的机构中工作，专注于平面设计、品牌系统构建与网页设计，相关作品曾多次获得专业奖项与行业认可。

在持续的设计实践之外，我将应用设计经验与理论研究相结合，并通过中国权威出版社之一的北京邮电大学出版社出版专著《中西文字体LOGO设计法则》。该书系统性地梳理并建立了中西文字体系统在视觉与结构层面的匹配方法，为中西文字标设计提供了理论框架。

随着职业发展的深入，我的关注点逐步从设计执行扩展至项目管理、成本控制与商业运营。2020 年起，我开始系统学习住宅翻新相关知识，自主组建施工团队，并连续两年担任项目经理，负责从规划、预算到施工完成的全过程管理。

​

2022年，在利率上升及装修投资风险加大的市场环境下，我取得房地产执照，以更专业的视角管理投资决策、成本结构与交易流程。2025 年，我加入 The Group, Inc. Real Estate，正式开启在柯林斯堡华人房产经纪人生涯。

​

目前，我将理性分析能力、视觉敏感度与一线实操经验融入房地产实践，并通过持续学习与日常市场研究，为客户提供准确、及时且有依据的专业建议。诚信、勤勉与长期信任始终是我与客户及合作伙伴共事的核心原则。
